Do any of you very helpful people in this community have any suggestions on what to try next? The replacement Docking Station was deployed in mid-February 2019 and the other devices were deployed in December 2018. We have even replaced the Docking station once already under warranty, so we are on our second docking station and the issue is still occurring and we did run driver and firmware updates and we have even installed the drivers for the monitors, trying to resolve this. We have run all possible driver and firmware updates for the docking station and the laptop and the intermittent disconnect/reconnect still happens. We initially thought it was the Lenovo Vantage software, which did that when we ran it, but we uninstalled and it still happened intermittently. What's happening is every once in a while, the screens would act like they disconnected and then would reconnect a moment later. One of our corporate clients has the following configuration setup at her desk:Ī Lenovo T580 laptop (model: 20L9001NUS) connected to an Ultra Pro Docking station (40AJ0135US) and there are 2x LENOVO T24i-10 monitors (61A6MAR3US) connected to the Docking station via Displayport.
